Residential Floor Plans

Detailed, build-ready layouts for renovations, additions, and new construction.

Our residential floor plans give you a complete, accurate picture of your home’s layout, whether you’re planning a renovation, an addition, or new construction. We measure existing conditions, identify key spaces, and draft clear plans that show walls, openings, circulation, and how the spaces work together.

These plans are the foundation for design decisions and are essential for builders, homeowners, and contractors who need precise, readable drawings. Every plan is drafted with construction practicality in mind, so what looks good on paper also works in real life.

Ideal for: new builds, renovations, additions, and basement developments, whether for permit applications or contractor pricing.

Common Questions

What’s the difference between a floor plan and a full permit drawing set?

A floor plan shows the layout of each level: walls, doors, windows, and room sizes. A permit drawing set builds on it with exterior elevations, sections, details, and a site plan, which is what a building permit application needs.

Do you measure my home on site?

For renovations and additions, yes. We take accurate on-site measurements so the plan matches what’s really there. If you’re outside the Whitehorse area, remote drafting is available.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Tell us about your goals, timeline, and budget. Any sketches, photos, or existing drawings help, but you don’t need them to begin. You can describe your project through the quote form.

Can contractors price a job from these plans?

Yes. Our plans are clear and dimensioned so builders and contractors can price from them, as well as use them for permit applications.

How much does a floor plan cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We give transparent pricing with no unnecessary extras. Send us the details through the quote form and we’ll get back to you.
